About our farm
We are a small family run farm located in and around Reynolds, IL. We operate on both leased and owned land. Our goal is simple.. Work WITH nature to produce good clean food, the way it was intended to be.
The most important thing to us here at the farm is to raise all of our animals with the upmost care, in the most natural way possible. All the while, giving back to the land we raise them on.
We raise both American Aberdeen cattle and Katahdin hair sheep. All of which are 100% grass fed. Superior genetics allow us to produce excellent quality beef and lamb, with nothing but grass. It does not get any healthier then that. For the body, the animals, or the land.
What we can do for you
If you are looking for good clean food, from a local farm, look no further. Our sheep and cattle are raised naturally on nothing but grass pasture. That means they go where they want, when they want. No confinements here. We practice very strict pasture rotation practices which keeps the herds on good clean pasture 24/7. Unlike what they have on many store shelves, we do not use any type of hormones to promote fast growth. We do not use chemical de-wormers, vaccinations, anti-biotics, or insecticides.
